Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place bacon on a baking sheet.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes, until crispy.
Remove the bacon from the pan and place on a paper towel-lined plate.
Drain half of the bacon grease from the pan. Add the chopped sweet potatoes, sea salt, and cinnamon. Use the remaining half of the grease to coat the sweet potatoes.
Bake sweet potatoes in the oven for approximately 30 minutes, until crisp.
While the sweet potatoes are baking, chop up the cooked bacon.
After the sweet potatoes are roasted, add in the chopped bacon, serve and enjoy!
