March 2020 Reflections

Today I’m sharing with you a new series that I’ll be sharing at the end of each month that highlights what I’ve been up to, my favorite things, and what I’m grateful for. March 2020 has been filled with A LOT of unexpected happenings that are affecting the entire world. This has really given me a chance to step back, reflect on my life, and focus on things I haven’t had time for. I hope you are able to take some time to step back and reflect as well. With that said, let’s get into what I’ve been up to and what I’ve been loving…
With all of the current events going on, I’ve been extra focused on eating nutrient dense foods and supplementing where I can to ensure a strong immune system. To read more about what I’m doing to boost immunity right now, you can read this blogpost that I wrote.
We have officially moved into Spring and it’s getting warmer out! I’ve always made an effort to get outside, but there’s something especially nice about the longer days and warmer weather. On my walk today I saw buds on some trees and to say I was excited is an understatement!
I’ve been enjoying reading through the Bible chronologically and listening to daily podcast teachings by The Bible Recap. I’ve been learning so much from James Clear’s book Atomic Habits (I’ll be sharing more about that soon.I’m also loving the nightly Bible studies that Cityview Church is hosting on FB live. How about you? What are you grateful for this month? Let me know in the comments below.
